F/S 2 SPOKE MFSW complete
I updated to a 3 spoke setup. $250 shipped Air Bag Sold

If I replace my 2-spoke with this one, would I gain all the functionality of the MFSW?

I don't know if the wiring is there or not if your car didn't have them to start with. Maybe someone else can chime in.

Does this have the airbag still installed? What kind of condition is it in?

Yes, it comes complete with air bag. It is in excellant condition. No signs of wear. All functions work properly and backlighting is operational.
