FS: Craven CAI -- NEW, still in box
FS: Craven CAI -- NEW, still in box
SOLD!!
To finance my other impulsive mod purchases, I need to sell my brand new, still in the box, Craven Speed CAI.
Although it retails for $278 plus shipping, I have it on eBay for a Buy-it-Now of only $235 (plus shipping):
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...1833815&rd=1,1
I will sell it to a NAM member for $235 including shipping (but buy it here, not through eBay), and you can save well over $50.

PayPal -- PM me if interested and I will send info (I will ship no later than within 24 hours of payment).
I'll accept a money order, but that of course takes longer.

hmm. . . truth is: I don't know. Hopefully, a user like Intense can answer this.
I looked at the instructions, and they merely state that, to install the top, slide it all the way back and press down in front until it clicks.

Thanks for the info, gnaster.
It does look like a good system. I'd hold onto it (I'll probably be getting myself another one in a few months anyways) except I felt that, driving a cabrio, I should prioritize the USS and strut bar I'm getting on another Marketplace thread ahead of the intake - I need to get rid of some of this cabrio flex.

The look is awesome and the fit and finish was perfect. I love the look of the filter under the smoked plexi!
It should fit with an automatic, the only part it replaces is the airbox and not the hose. I think the intake hose is different on an automatic.
Might want to call Kellen at Craven just to be sure.
I'm not sure on the brace clearance. I'm not using a brace atm

It will fit an automatic . . . as Intense points out, only changing the hose (like with an ALTA) would make a difference.
I'm also not sure about the JCW brace. I'll ask on the mod forum.

Will it fit with a JCW strut bar installed?
Here's the response I got on the mod forum:
