FS: Palo Uber Tuner Bolts

These are the 14mm (125) for the new style wheels. They fit fine on my GP. The "issue" I have with them is the surface rust. I'm sure somebody handy with cleaning and finishing materials can make them look good again. I've gone back to stock and I'm selling my set of 16 tuner bolts and they key total(they've been on since December) for $20 (plus you pay shipping from 75024).

Well, they are supposed to be higher quality, seat better, I don't remember now, but they are the new spec for the new wheels, so they wouldn't work with most of the pre-R56 units (I believe sometime towards the very end of the R53 production is when the switch to the new spec was placed into production).

I think the switch for different lug sizes were made after May of 2006, can anyone else confirm this?

It was officially June 2006. The switched from a M12x1.25 to a M14x1.25. The m14 is now used on all cars and was used on all GPs.

The old bolts were M12 X 1.5mm, not 1.25mm, but you've nailed the important parts.

Also be aware that the owner's manuals for the 2006 cars (and possibly the GPs as well) that are equipped with the new M14 bolts still list the torque spec for the old M12 bolts (88 lbf-ft). The correct torque spec for the M14 bolts is 102 lbf-ft.
