My good friend and owner of SpeedSouth, Robert Russom, has invited BAMA to participate in his upcoming Open House/Block Party on Saturday, April 3rd. SpeedSouth is a retailer of speed and dress up parts for import and domestic sports cars. They also offer installation and custom fabrication services. SpeedSouth is located 1/2 block off Hwy 31 in Pelham across from the old K-Mart location.

This open house, the third annual, draws a huge crowd. Surrounding businesses give up their parking lots so all the cars can get close to SpeedSouth. The open house will feature free hot dogs and drinks, door prizes, and a DJ. The open house also features a car show with trophies. Special arrangements can be made for car clubs to park together.

Please post or let me know of your interest in having BAMA participate as a group. Robert would like to get a head count prior to the event so that he can make parking arrangements for us and to order enough food.

Count me in, Greg. Sounds like fun.

I'd enter into the car show, but I am too lazy to vacuum up all the St. Bernard fur
