I just ordered my Hoosier tires and will be racing in G-stock class this season. I'm trying to clear my calendar for all of the race days, although I will have to miss one this spring when I am escorting MINIclo cross country from Los Angeles to the Tail of the Dragon.

Next race is March 14th at the Birmingham Race Track.

Hope to see some of you there!

What are the dates for the events in and around Bham? Is this the same type of event that Greg participates in with the SCCA?

I don't have plans to attempt any autox any time soon. I may set aside a day to come and watch the cars run though. Maybe to just to get an idea of what goes on and decide if I may want to have fun sometime.

Yes, and we'd love to have any and all that care to participate. It's lots of fun plus you learn a lot about your car, your driving, and yourself.

ThumbsUp,

What class do you race in? This will be my first season, and I am attending an auto-x driving school with the Florida Sunshine MINI's this weekend in/around Orlando.

I'd really like to talk with you about SCCA Solo II racing and maybe you can share some pointers?
