Do we have a plan to meet and drive as a group to BMP? Last I heard, Uncle Harold had proposed meeting at the Colonade at 1:00, but I do not think we finalized the plans.

The names of those interested in attending were submitted to the BMW folks as attending on Saturday, January 24, 2004. They have limited the number of us attending to 20, and if you aren't a member of the BMW club, your cost to attend is $15.00 each. I guess they didn't want the MINI people to outnumber the BMW folks. They want the names to have names tags prepared for us when we arrive. We will be introduced as BAMA (Birmingham Area Mini Association), a visiting club. I propose we meet at the Colonade which is just off I-459/US Hwy. 280 at 1:00 PM and depart at 1:30 PM enroute as a group. Bring your 2-way radios and cameras. For the out-of-towners, let me know if you are not familiar with where Colonade is and I can provide directions (it is diagonally across I-459 from the Summit). If you have questions, fire them back at me. I am looking forward to seeing everyone again and meeting some new folks.
Harold Clements Cell 541-1773

If your plans to attend have changed please let me know.

This is pretty much the Email I sent to those attending BMW-Barber event. I'm sorry more could not attend, but it was an unlimited number at first and then they limited the number attending to 20 and the first 20 got the spots.

DON'T FORGET TECH DAY on Saturday, FEBRUARY 7, 2004.
