Are you refering to the magnetic version? Cooper Flags and I are working on that and will have that available via the MOTD site soon.

Barry, I'm interested in the enameled one that attaches to the grill, not the magnetic ones that seem to find new "owners" right after I have installed one.

Hard to know the answer to that question because it's kind of a personal thing. The patches and the grill badges are specifically for MOTD so they are intended for those who have attended the event. I didn't put the MOTD Veteran patch on my jacket until attending MOTD the second time because I didn't want to seem like a poser. Just do whatever makes you happy.

 

Well, this year will be our 3rd year. So what do you think? Do I get Veteran status yet? I just don't want to offend any of the people who have been coming since MOTD I.

Much in the way I, a 23-year veteran of the Air Force, have no problem calling someone a "vet" when they served their four years and left the military....

It's okay for someone who has attended one MOTD to call themselves a vet.

We all know there are varying degrees of veteraness (new word).

COOPERation sent me a revised design with some cut-outs that looks way cooler than the previous design, it may be a couple of bucks more, but I'm hoping you all agree it's worth it. I should have a new proof to post shortly.
