Shifti, as you know it is magnetic so you can place it anywhere it will fit on your MINI. Most people put them on either door, or on the bonnett. It is fun to have on while you are going to and from the event and while you are there.

Just a note on what to do before you put a placard on your MINI. Make sure the area you are going to put it on is clean. At least wash the area it will be on. Also make sure the back of the placard is clean. I like to give the area a quick spray with a quick detailer before putting it on also, then your good to go.

When the placard is in fridge mode, you can skip all this

.

Waiting for me

in the mailbox when I arrived home today. Wow, Doug the new graphics look fantastic on the placards. I especially love the Grille Badge. Had to slap it on the Mini right away. Hopefully we can hook up at the Dragon again this year for a bit of car talk and a beer.

New clubman...will it harm the paint?

Hi...I am a newbie to the whole MOTD and really want to order a placard, but my Clubman has only been off the production line for a month and a half now...would a magnetic placard harm the new paint? I have been told not to wax her until after 90 days...any thoughts?
