Just in case there are some GP folks going to MOTD who haven't seen it yet and would like to participate in the GP photo shoot!

I feel bad to admit that I don't know what a GP is.

It's a blue-grey and silver colored limited edition 2 seat version of JCW MCS with a funny body kit, red side mirrors, and serial numbers on the roof.

That is OK! The GP was the "last hurrah" before the new R56 kicked into gear. It is a "limited edition" (2,000 were made) special version, all of them were made exactly the same (shipped "body in white" from the UK to be constructed at Bertone in Italy). Each one has it's unique "number" on the roof and on the dash (mine is GP 0102, for example). At the outset, they were visually distinguished by special (GP only) wheels and spoiler (they lowered the CD while at the same time increasing downforce, nice combination), plus they had red mirror caps. Some GP owners have made personal changes (wheels, tires, and more), you'll see a "GP" in the front scoop, and a "GP" insignia on the boot. Oh, and they only came as a 2-seater. Well, you'll see some at MOTD in person!
