New York City and Tri-state MOTD travelers ...

...i figured i'd throw this out there and see what happens. i am not 100% on what day im leaving but, i thought this might be a good idea so, i'm posting it up and hopefully it all falls into place.

i know a number of my fellow nor'eastern family is rolling down to the MOTD this year and so are our friends from the Philly area but, im curious to know how many people from the Tri-state are heading down. it may be worth our while to roll collectively for a number of reasons. 1 being it would be fun! 2. its good to have some options and help if anything unexpected happens.

if anyone is interested in putting a crew together just post up in here and lets see what we can put together.

Be sure to order

your Dragon Tags (license plates) by this weekend so they arrive in time for your caravan.

See the thread right here in the Dragon Forums of NAM...

Well lets see. The plan is to leave the house at about 6:30 am. Exit 7 on the NJTP for refrence. I95 to I66 to I81 south to Knoxville and then come in from the other side. Thats just over 12 hrs if I remeber right. (Be like going home to me, or at least back to college.) But you know how the best laid plans go. My first trip that way was in the mid 70's when gas was .40 a gallon and the spped limit on I81 was 80mph. (Imagine doing that in a fully loaded 1969 Chevy Wagon. No wonder Dad won't let me drive.)
