Don't fret, Steve...I'm sure it's a momentary lull as folks prepare to celebrate St. Paddy's Day!

I suspect StJamesG8 is creating a false persona to throw us off when we're playing against him. The old wolf in geek's clothing bit... we're on to you St.

Nerds, geeks, dweebs, shmoes, and those that concider themselves "normal" should have a great time. It's a multicultural event!

Thanks for the welcome, guys. But I assure you, I'll be no real threat at the tables! I'll be counting the days, not the cards... See you all soon!

The only game you play against the rest of us is Poker. Everything else is against the house.

I'm coming in case you all care Somewhere during registration it said a check mark would appear by the event in my NAM event planner. That hasn't happened but I am on the attendees list so all is well

bamatt,

Of course we care!!!

Thank you for your registration!

Actually the reg page says the exact opposite....

~~~ PLEASE NOTE: Once registered* you will not see a check mark
for the MINI Monte Carlo Night in the NAM Event Planner. ~~~
Only the events handled through the NAM Store will show checkmarks.
See you in "Monte Carlo"!!!
Steve
Woooohooo! Come on 100!
This is your perfect chance to play all the cool casino games without taking any risk! The play money never runs out! Additional "money" to play the games won't cost you anything - your ticket for only $25.00 gives you UNLIMITED play all night long! Plus snacks and drinks too! And prizes, OH THE PRIZES!!! WOWIE, WOW, WOW!!! We have terrific prizes and everyone who registers before April 1st gets 25 EXTRA auction tickets!!
And, just when you thought it couldn't get any better than that, it does! You get to help out the Autism Society! ! !
Hey, ya know what?!?
If I was going to lose all my chips at the Dragon this would be the way I would want to do it. I may just have to show up and display my pitiful gambling skills. Will anyone come and help me cheat?
I don't know how to say this, so I am just going to give it to all of you straight.
As of now we have 86 people registered for this event. We need a minimum of 200.
There is a cost for the event company who will be providing the casino for the evening, unless we get 200 people or very close to it, we may need to cancel the event.
I don't want to do that, I don't want to tell MINI USA, our other sponsors, our charity or the people who have already registered, that we couldn't get enough people interested.
So for those of you who have registered, Thank You!!, and please encourage your friends to register. Those that are still on the fence, please consider the event again, it will be an evening sponsoring a great charity, and we feel it will be the event not to missed at this year's MOTD!
Thank you,
Steve
Any idea whether or not the end of the Banquet will run past the begining of this?
The Frau and I are considering it. We're not much for gambling but it's one of those things we wouldn't ordinarily do... so why not
Mark assues me he is going to wrap up the dinner by 8pm, the tables don't open till 8:30pm, so we should be good.
That's the spirit!!
OK, great I refuse to leave the Dragon without a Whalen so if someone cheats and I DON'T win the Beer Swap **** I'll need to make sure I stick around for the end of the Banquet
