171 -- is that the final count? Not bad -- not bad at all for an inaugural year. I really look forward to this.

Actually, registration is still open, I need to get mini2go to close it, not bad at all. I was hoping for more, but better than I expected.

Plus we will still be selling tickets all weekend, and at the door!

THANK YOU to all who registered, we'll see you Saturday night.

Come on 200!

It may not help increase sponsors this year -- but it might provide fodder for next year (although one can't complain about the strong sponsor support already provided in its first year)

Sorry. I closed the registration yesterday. The Submit button will now only clear the form.

We needed to print check-in lists and get some details in order sometime! For any who missed online registration, there will be tickets at the door. You are just not guaranteed to get a swag bag.

...You can also thank mielnicki and Pamalalala for not charging more at the door. I voted that we charge more at the door partly to reward the people who took the time to register ahead of time and partly as a penalty simply because it is a real pain to deal with the money - especially when traveling.

A great time to get tickets is while we are at the MOTD Mixer on Thursday night between 8:30pm and 9:30pm to distribute MINI Monte Carlo Night T-shirts that people purchased.

Remember - there is a limited amount, so get them while the gettin's good!

Twas a great time. Something to definitely attend next year (if I fly out from Guam of course)... One tiny critique though, was that it seemed like there were more attendees than gambling spots open. I had a spot the whole time, but I didn't get a chance to play poker. Other than that, I think it went superb.

I, too, think it would work well on Thursday night. Especially if it had a food element like heavy hors de'ovres, that could serve as a light dinner added in. Nosh and play kind of thing. Nice job Pittstop and Mielnickis.

By far the best event ever. We had an absolute blast. "Table 1 Rocks!" Our dealer rocked, the dj rocked, the prizes rocked. It was awesome. Thanks to everone that volunteered their time. I hope you guys raised some serious money for the charity. Thanks again.

THAT was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much fun! The first real time I have ever attempted to play blackjack (Ask Wagnbat, Xeik, MINI-Bee) they will tell you I had some fun!!
TWICE I had double aces, split them and got 21 with them both! WOW (Just wish that was REAL money!!)

We have to plan that again for next year! (Maybe make the space a little bit less crowded and have some stools for the tables, my poor legs!)
Three Cheers to you guys for setting this up! I loved it! And great prizes! I can't wait to try out my car wash supplies!

AWESOME!!
My only complaint is that I was having so much fun that I didn't realize how fast time was going by -- the 5-minutes-left call came when I thought we still had about an hour left.
I can't wait to install my new MINI-DO-MORE hitch receiver -- sponsor support and prices were great.
Thanks again for setting up this great event.

PS I have a feeling that, when word gets out from people who attended this year of how great the event was, we're going to need a larger venue next year. . . consider me pre-registered for next year.

I'm agree with eager2own's idea....when word gets out about how much fun was had by all at Monte Carlo night, a larger venue will probably be needed!

I'd also like to confirm attendance for next year's Monte Carlo night!

TABLE 1!!! TABLE 1!!! TABLE 1!!! TABLE 1!!! TABLE 1!!! WooHoo!!!

Yes, it was an absolute blast. good music, great gaming, great people, cute waitressing bringing FREE BEER, and great prizes (of which I won none, but hey).

Bigger, better (if possible) and longer next year, and yeah, I'd vote for Thursday or Friday night. Getting back to the tent after 12 and then having the LONG drive home yesterday was a bit of a drag. But not so much that I'd skip this next year if it is on Saturday!

Thanks to the organizers, and everyone involved. Great event.

They said last year that the Brew Swap was the hit event of MOTD. I don't think there's any argument that Monte Carlo night was the hottest and coolest event at MOTD this year.

The party atmosphere was amped up 100 times more than I thought it would be and everyone seemed to be having the time of their life.

Much props to Pittstop MINI and especially Steve, Pam & John for pulling this altogether. We're very much looking forward to a repeat next year.
