Heh - no, probably people that forgot or didn't realize they could register their MINI (for free) when they signed up. I just know that with 800 people, we should have at least 500 MINIs. As a matter of fact, I just looked at the list, and we have 547 unique registrations, which should mean about that many MINIs.

(Unique registrations = ignoring all of the +1, +2, +3s, etc)

The exact same estimation method last year produced 415 MINIs (the closest estimate we had).

Steve,
You should know that no matter how often you post there is no 7th gear.

Is my MINI not automatically registered? I was wondering why the MINI number kept changing after registration closed!!

Its not...it deserves its own registration . The registration is free so if you haven't registered your MINI please do so. I know there are more than 450 MINIs coming given 800 people.

The link to the MINI registration is HERE

OK, I did it.

BTW, this was not at all obvious to me! I thought MINIs were counted via driver's registrations.... (ie I'm sure there are others who don't know their MINI hasn't been counted already!)

This is something we hadn't done before so we're still learning (last year we tried to approximate it using registrations like the Driver's seat but that didn't work well).

I'll be sending out the welcome guide later today and will be sure to mention this in the email to everyone.
