I am planning on bringing the youngin next year, how did yours do with the top down? My wife has a MCSc and we want to cruise with the top down, but have not tried it yet.

Thanks everyone for the warm responses. It was pleasure meeting you too, Blimey and MINI Bee. As far as the baby in the cabrio goes, he's been used to it since 5 months old and now loves the view above. With the rear facing seat we just rotated the canopy rearward to shield Blaise from the tail wind. Now with the front facing seat, unless I'm going super fast, he has no problem enjoying the ride. As a matter of fact, he'll fall asleep the same as in a closed-roof car, as he did on the three plus hour drive home after the Dragon. Until next time.
