Just wondering how many fellow Checkmates will be at the dragon this year. Thought it might be fun to tally them up and maybe get a picture down there with them all lined up or something. Anybody have any ideas?

You can get it in various exterior colors with either silver or black decals. The interior is always the same space blue. It is something that is new for 2006. Just another package to make it special.
There are just a few extra little touches, it is an alternative to the "sport" package.

dragonflyer it is more than just silver decals. it's got a lot of interior and exterior upgrades that overall were cheaper to get in a package than try to purchase seperately...

 

You have a point there. I like that dash panel with the circles they came out with for the Checkmate. I'm just talking stipes anyway.

 

That's actually not the checkmate dashboard. I believe that comes with the "Seven" package or by itself. The "Seven" package I'm not sure is available in the US. But I'm glad you like it anyway. Yes the stripes and checks have always been a mini tradition whether the factory adds them or not. I love my MINI and can't imagine having as much fun in something else.

LOL!... at least you laughed. I had one guy get wikked pissed at me for saying that..LOL!.. so I took my pants off, right there in the parking lot and put them on his hood.. his old lady was blushing like crazy.. I think he was so shocked and started to realize how funny a situation it was that he just kinda laughed it off.. LOL!

Actually no.. intimidation is definately NOT in my vocabulary.. I just like to lighten up the mood when it gets a bit rough.. I'm the kind of guy that would pour a milkshake on his own head to avoid a fight..LOL!

 

yeahhhhh... something about a guy joining me in a situation that is "san-pants"... I'd have to pass on that one..

YAY!! I was beginning to think everyone was ignoring me...LOL Well I look forward to meeting you at the dragon. I was just curious how many of them are out there. Well it's nice to meet you I'm Shannah and my car is CHECKS!! He'll be the one with a king sunroof graphic and hopefully boot stripes aswell if they get on in time...
