Zak...with 300 ponies, you can just drive from Mini to Mini and yell out the window
If I can't get through with the radio, I'll yell out my Whelen

Ok for the radio freq's, I think we should establish one PRIMARY channel for official communication related to the mini caravan and its movements...
We should also establish a couple other freqs for the friendly banter that will likely take place
I think that by having one channel reserved to official "turn here" communication and others that are set aside for conversation, we can eliminate some of the trouble. works especially well for people with multiple radios in the car... trouble is for those that have one radio, they might miss some official announcement from the caravan's navigators... i dont know. i dont have much experience in 40 car caravans...

the site is back up...
one radio channel is fine. most people will really not be talking that much. and when something funny happens you want to hear it. in the end it's one long road. you can not really get lost.

Seems like several people got lost on the FOTD '04 Caravan including one Bozo who was driving the lead car at the time.

rick, try PMing Chad (AGOKART) or Ryan (Ryephile) about ur meeting situation. those are the two ring leaders of this travelling circus, so they'd be able to help u the best
