I am prepared to do battery and tires right off the bat if I have to....I'm always proactive about batteries and I want a nicer wheel tire setup anyway. I've also read that oil changes are relatively easy to DIY.
Looking forward to the pictures. Good choice and it sounds like a lucky find!

My first thought was to black out the inner chrome portion (and the door handles and some other trim pieces too), but when I saw the car in person I quickly changed my mind. The chrome against the green really pops! It looks sophisticated. Like a mustachioed British gentleman :D

Thank you! This car is in REALLY nice shape. A small piece of the plastic housing on the passenger sideview mirror is busted off. It's not particularly noticeable but I'll probably replace that. And there are some tiny little paint flaws, but for a 5 year old car, you would never know it wasn't brand new unless you get really close and start nitpicking.

The interior is immaculate. It still even has new car smell. And yes that green is amazing! I didn't appreciate it until I saw it in the sunlight. It sparkles and changes color depending on how the light hits it.

The NAM Motor mount count is now 7. The BRG Countryman you bought is excellent. I am a chrome guy so love it. Ride along. I am that right lane guy taking off too slow. I literally just use the top part of the gas pedal, not much fun honestly. Anticipate lights as was mentioned above. Green mode. It disengages the gear I read when coasting. Sitting idling just kills MPG. You can watch it evaporate in front of your eyes.. So I go in to get wife's Starbucks mobile order instead of waiting in the drive through line. Same other places. I might get tired of this, but coming from a 42 highway 36 city hardtop the increased gas consumption is very noticeable.

Is this how many people had their motor mounts replaced? If so, add me to the list!

NAM motot mounts count now 8. Couple other Facebook etc sources 7 so 15 total. This is so unscientific though. Pretty sure most that have the motor mount replaced don't note it here. But pretty sure most people won't report other things failing so maybe is is the ratio of motor mounts to other failures that counts, not the actual number of motor mounts. Dunno. The other two items of note were 7 jerky driving that was a transmission reset, and 5 batteries. So I know more than 5 people had batteries so the count is clearly off.

Not trying to hijack the thread, but I got my battery and motor mounts replaced in consecutive weekends (they noted the mounts when replacing the battery). Right at about 50k miles. If I hadn't read about all the issues here with mounts, I would've thought they were making things up. Both dealer replaced by the way. No issue with my transmission...
