Hello, sorry if this is in the wrong place but I couldn't find a "for sale" section. I just sold my 2018 Countryman S and I have a JB+ tuner. Ebay has a policy against listing any type of tuning devices now. Any body interested in a good deal, let me know. I paid $239 for it and it's only about 8 months old. Adds about 40HP to the 2.0L turbo.

 

You didn't ever have any issues with it whatsoever, did you? Thoroughly enjoyed it?

 

The car or the tuner? Both were great. I had it set for 4.5psi, which is the max and ran 93 octane.

 

Both as a unit, I suppose, heh. That's great to hear. Auto or manual? Transmission didn't seem to care? I am figuring that the earlier JCW F60 ran the same b46 just tuned a bit, am I wrong?

I realized that I didn't fully answer your question. This is simply a boost controller and adds power. It doesn't do anything with the shift patterns so no, transmission can easily handle the extra 40hp. When you aren't in sport mode, the car behaves pretty much like it did without the module.
