Halo driving lights F60

Daytime driving lights question
on the Countryman, Can the new 2020 halo driving lights be swapped out to replace the 2018 driving lights ?

The 2020 model year has the same lights as the 2018. If you don't have the led headlights though and have halogens, you can swap but it's not cheap.
