So many color combinations . . . there aren't too many that look really bad. Because of my location a lighter roof is more practical than black. And those summer trips to Vegas or Phoenix where it is over 100 degrees will prove wise to have a lighter roof. I love the H/C color. It seems very unique for now and I think the color is catching on! Just my $0.02.

Your Hot Chocolate combo is without doubt the classiest colour combination on the clubman - it's even better in person, particularly with the cream trim line and wood trim dash.

After spending some time on the Mini Configurator, I have to add Black with Silver roof to that.

Speaking of roof colors... I'm dying to see a Hot Chocolate Clubman with a BLACK roof. Everyone who gets HC seems to get the silver roof.

I'm thinking HC/B would be smokin' hot because of the more subtle difference in the two colors.

Got Pic ? Anyone ?

Agreed...with wide black viper bonnet stripes...along with a silver pinstripe on the outside of them, and run just the silver pinstripe over the black roof.

Too bad they don't offer the clubster in Space Blue, I'm kinda partial to that with the silver Maybe in 2009 ?

Cheers,

Mike

One of the "local" MINI dealers has a HC/B Cooper on their lot. Here's a couple of pics for you.

Psykacz, Nice shot! Did the dealer install the driving lamps, or are those from the factory? If dealer, can I ask what they charged, installed? My dealer quoted me $800.00 installed, which semed like a lot to me.

They were factory installed. I would definitely look around at the threads about driving lamps as you will find a variety of opinions, most of which will point to installing aftermarket lights....they are priced lower, better quality, etc.

Nice!

Do you also hear a difference in exhaust sound? To me, the R55 sounds better.

Also, your cars could use a lowering

Not yet. The Yellow car is just about to turn 16k and it is developing a growl that I really like. The white car left the dealer yesterday with 8 miles on it and is still popping and sizzling as the first heat cycles work their magic. The clubbie is very quiet. I love the looks of the clubbie exhaust and wish the aftermarket would develop a rear valence and duals that look like the Clubperson for the R-56

I kinda got over the mod bug after the first three, I think I'm gonna leave these two alone for a bit.

I noticed a big difference in sound after about 400 km. (+/- 250 miles)
