You should get an RMW tune. If that number of yours is true, then you have one of the strongest MINIs.

Most 15% and Intake jobs get 188 at the wheels...his pulls 197 w/ the 17%, exhaust, and intake...completely believeable, and somewhat normal I would bet. 11whp (188 -> 197) out of exhaust and 2% extra reduction...strikes me as normal. Nothing particularly strong (or weak) about that.

So putting out 197 WHP like his does is in fact way out of the norm. When you consider that he just added about 45-50 whp with only a pulley, intake and a light fly wheel it does sound sorta off to me, or perhaps the better word for it would be unbelievable. It just doesn't add up to me regardless of how his car came out of the factory being strong or not.

Yep...I read 19 whp higher on a Dynojet than a Mustang in similar weather.
Actually his numbers are way out of the norm. The base R53 puts out between 160-165 BHP then you have to take out the 12-14% drive train loss which puts you somewhere between 140-150 WHP approximately, depending on your car.

So for me, seeing someone at 197whp from stock w/ a 17%, intake, and exhaust does not strike me at all as odd. Evidently even less odd when, according to those posting above me, this particular dyno reads on the high side of things.

once again.....a single dyno pull is meaningless. in archaeology we say it 'lacks provenance'...like finding the coolest artifact lying in the parking lot of the locall mall. without a frame of reference, it's a cool thing but meaningless in the big picture.

I have a 15% pulley, stock ecu, ALTA CAI and the GP works I/C. I went on the dyno and it pulled out 181 BHP. The thing is that the guy that was there pushed the car only to 6795 rpm and not until 6950.
Is this a good result or should i start looking for pressure loss???

What kind of correction factor was used?
...there's a dozen or more questions that could be asked that could effect the outcome of a dyno run. Your number suggests to me that you were running about 155-160 whp, which again, depending on conditions, sounds about right. You might have gotten a couple more hp running to 6900. The most important part about dyno runs are the deltas achieved between modifications. Could you have a boost leak...sure?!?!!?? But without more data, it'd be real hard to tell just looking at the numbers. Try this; get a stopwatch and time yourself from 30-70 mph on a flat road and let us know what your average time was...try about 5 runs and throw out the best and worst times, then average. Good luck and welcome to the jungle of info called NAM
If it hadn't been for that damn R56, those bikinis would've been off

Tonight i'll do the time tests you recommended and i'll post the results. Please have in mind that my Mini is heavy (roof, leather, clima, stock wheels with runflat tires, me - 94 kg)
