I had the front bumper repaired and painted (they had to remove it) and the parking lights are out with a warning light. I bet they left a harness plug undone somewhere. Does anyone have a clue where to start looking? It's the parking lights in the upper half of the fog lights. The fog lights and side marker lights work. It looks like both plugs are attached on the fog lights themselves.

 

Did you confirm the bulbs are good in the lights?

 

I forgot to check back in. Sure enough, both bulbs were burned out. Weird coincidence that it was the same time the bumper was removed for paint.
