Hi! I'm back
Hi!
Well I mistakenly traded my R56 in for a POS Mazda 3. I needed something bigger as my daughter got too big for the back. I should have figured something else out. I also moved from a house with a garage to a townhouse, so, I knew I would no longer be doing my own work, and with 168k miles I was a little worried. So the POS Mazda was hit and totaled. I was able to get the following: 2012 Countryman, red, 30k miles, Navigation, HK radio, heated seats, rear bucket seats, and sunroof. I do not know if the red and black doors (inside) was an option. It is the S model, $12.9K. Oh, I forgot, it has XM radio as well. It was crashed but less than 25% and I think it was repaired correctly. The steering wheel has a slight shake that I think can be fixed with a rotation, proper balancing, and dealer loaded alignment. The person before me skimped out and got H tires (I even put V tires and the best brakes on the POS Mazda - cheap tires and brakes are a false economy anyway, and particularly, when you have precious cargo). There is enough tread on the tires to make it not justifyable to swap them out now. I'm pretty sure what happened is the previous owner blew through the factory tires, skimped on the new ones, then rear ended somebody. Other complaints so far: phone only paired once then won't do it again; can't get the radio to play when using the navigation; can't get the navigation to respond well to my voice commands. I have no idea if it is still under warranty what with me being the second owner. |
Likely out of warranty due to years, not mileage. Go to local Mini dealer and find out all the details. You'll just need the fob.

+1 they can find out what you have left in the warranty.

there is voice command on navigation? I really need to read my manual

welcome back.
The best part of owning Mini's is learning about them. |
