2012 Countryman S JCW performance exhaust

I'm thinking about ordering the JCW exhaust system for my new R60 and was wondering how difficult it is to self-install? The nearest dealership is several hours away from me and I'm seldom able to keep appointments due to changing work schedule. Are instructions included, or is it pretty much self-explanatory? Do you get much of a performance boost, or is mainly a deeper exhaust note?

Thanks for any info!

Check the jcw garage forum here. There's a lot of install information. Mspro has a install video there too.

glad to help and good luck.
it doesn't seem hard at all. i have it on my to-do, but sadly sandy seemed to choose take what little i've been trying to set aside for car play and make me spend it elsewhere.

Got my new JCW Exhaust on this morning. It took all of 30 minutes to install. Here's a video clip of the results:

Sounds nice. It will get deeper after you put 500 or so miles on it. Mine sounds even better now than it did in the vids.
