I need to get some pics, but I "deleted" the back seats to put in a dog friendly area in the back. Literally no one has ever sat in my back seats. I have a tempur type material filling in the rear seat and boot area, just need to make some cloth covers, ideally some sort of water proof material. This way the dogs travel more comfortable!

The seat delete dropped about 100 lbs off the car, so my MINI All4 is now sitting right around 2980 lbs with a full tank of gas. I believe stock was roughly 3220 lbs. Goal is sub 2900 lbs.

It's textured like the rest of the black trim and just installs with some hardware and clips onto the Stock Cooper S front bumper.

yeah no paint... textured black. well shipping crap here to Hawaii ain't cheap... so it was a bit pricing after shipping, a little over a hundred bucks for shipping through mini dealer... sucks shipping crap here is expensive.. can't wait till i move back mainland.

Installed myself. remove current s lip and install JCW. Once you get going it's pretty self explanatory on where nuts and bolts go.

swapped out the Pirelli's All Seasons for Pirelli's Sottozero Run Flat Winter Tires. Yes, I live in NYC I don't need the winter tires, but I travel from PA to Boston last thing I need is to stuck with poor traction

They have a bit more road noise, but for the amount of highway driving vs city driving it is just fine.

Now to sell my original set of rims with the All Season Run Flats and pick up something nice for the summer

Finally got round to replacing my front brakes (1700 miles after the warning triggered, still 5mm left on each brake pad on removal) at the weekend - so EBC Turbo Groove discs and yellow stuff pads are now on the front - early days but they feel more positive than the factory parts, with more bite from cold.

Resest the service lights, only to find my rear brakes are now showing 1500miles to replacement (they were at 8000 miles two weeks ago, so guess i;m now staring to wear away the wear sensor wire). I have ordered Brembo discs, pads and wear sensor items for the rear, no need for anything fancy at that end.

Took the opportunity to swap to my winter wheel set, and get the summer turbofan wheels cleaned, coated with GtechniQ C5 topped off with C2V3, and bagged up for winter store

In 27° weather I took off the auto dealer decal that was right about the "Cooper S" on the rear door. Then to warm up inside, I read the owners manual refreshing my memory about Mini Coopers and especially the new 2012 Countryman I bought yesterday. After that with a little snow/sleet blowing I took off for a great drive ... I love how this car feels compared to the two hardtops I've owned in the past.
