So my new countryman is at the hospital for two days so far.
2016 countryman/s All4 .. Only in the morning for about 30 seconds it sounded like my engine was a trash compactor. i recorded it and when it was played at the dealer ship they took the car and gave me a loaner. The service manager says there contacting the design team to see what it could be.( I think they are forced to read the books on this car now) It only does it in the morning even if it sits all day it will not give the sound. So I will let everyone know what the strange sound is.. IF I could upload a small video I would post it here..
I finally ordered my replacement headlights (halogen to xenon) for my MCS and got them installed! Here a pic with one side finished and a video on how to install them; I've never seen a YouTube video showing how to install the Countryman headlights...until now. 😀
You're welcome! It may be poorly done, but hey, it's the only Countryman video for the headlight replacement on YouTube.
🤘😎🤘
Thanks for the video. I actually just did this myself. One thing you didn't mention is the aiming adjustment. That has to be done too, so there's more than just programming after the swap.
BTW, the programming can be done at home via NCSExpert.

Very true...Where I didn't have them programmed at the time, I couldn't do the aiming...I'll probably do that tonight.
I didn't know much about the NCSExpert. I'll look into that Shane. Thanks!
