R60 What did you do to your Countryman TODAY?
Got a set of Continental Extreme Contact DWS, 225/50-17. They're a bit wider than I'd like for the stock wheels. Next set will probably be 215/55-17. At least my rims won't get scratched by curbs.
Thanks. I get a lot of people asking about the replica rims, I was able to find them on eBay a year ago, but haven't seen them since. They were a great deal at 700 shipped to my door for 4 rims. They look fantastic and the folks at MINI couldn't tell the difference.
Almost forgot the most important part...the car handles fantastic! Also no more plastic dash speaks....coupled with my Way rear sway bar and the lowered HR springs, the car has zero roll and turns on a dime.
I was looking at this bar for the longest time, from one vendor in UK... Can you please take a photo from the side looking at the bar and CAI area, I need to verify if this bar will clear my K&N CAI... Thanks,
Nice! Got a link?
Really like the JCW Belly Pan. Front and rear mud flaps look great also.

Hello Ukan, those are part of the speedo/ tach, the plastic clear covers, you would have to buy a new cluster. These above or the outside time of the center "Mickey" plus the vents.
Thanks

on my old 2005 mcs, i broke the tach plastic, only option i could find was buying a full replacement, instead i cut some plexiglass and was able to make that work
i saw a web site selling "non-reflective" replacements for both the tach and speedo, but i did not bookmark it nor do i remember the company name ... maybe another forum member knows ... or play google
I found a product called invisilens, which looked promising, on Ways website. I asked them about the kit but they said they can't even get any from the manufacturer. On invisilens' website it looks like they are still selling them but are very expensive...$150. The only thing that discouraged me was that zipties hold it on to the trim. That worries me a bit.

It's actually pretty easy to do. The piece of chrome trim on top simply pulls right off. Once you get that off just pull on the scuttle and the plastic clips in back will release.
When you get to the clips towards the bottom just pull on the black wheel well trim piece and it as well will have clips that will give way just enough so that you can pull the scuttle completely off.
You don't have to remove the whole trim piece just pull it away enough so that you have room to pull the scuttle off.
