Left over caliper paint, 5 light-medium-ish coats and 2 coats of clear.

I liked it so much I’m going to do the Air Intake top cover

Some staining and oxidation on the wheels of our new (to us) R60. Nothing some elbow grease can't fix...

Over the last few days, installed a Gimini phone mount from Cravenspeed, ran a power cable for it, and blacked out the belt line. Great simple mods all for less than $100!

Nice!
Always love seeing the Countryman go UP instead of down.
Just got mine a few months ago. This is pretty much the plan with mine. Living in West Michigan, some more ground clearance and off-road performance is a must. I just need to find someone around here who works on them!

new shoes

Got some new shoes... Downsized to 18" wheels with 225/50 PZero All Seasons. More sidewall for less harshness and noise. Yup, I'm gettin old.

Been having some difficulty seeing down dark country roads up here in Canada. So today I fitted a LED light bar behind the grill of my Countryman. Makes such a big difference, could pretty much drive without headlights now lol. Here are some photos of it hidden behind the grill. I'll post some night time difference shots in a bit.

I purchased a catch can assembly from ECS tuning while it was on sale to keep the turbo from ingesting so much engine oil ...

Nice, yea, you were only getting a little bit of contact on the older brakes. Should make a huge difference.

After 8K with my CC I removed it as I found it to be useless on my '13 R60. After all that I only trapped about a teaspoon of oil and maybe a tablespoon or two of water.

I’m at 10k and I’m in the same boat. I’ve caught less than a teaspoon.

BUT before I re-seated the valves I caught almost 2oz in 5k miles which before I put the OCC on, my Mini had a Vaping problem

Same here, only I have a '12 R60. Not really anything when I checked mine, that was well after a year of having it on. That N18 is a pretty awesome engine compared to the N14 nightmares I hear about.

I haven't removed it yet, although I may remove it soon to open up some room in the engine bay.
