Hi All -- I've seen a number of you posting about how you stalk the production of your CM. Just had my order input on Friday and am looking forward to being a stalker myself. Only...how does one go about this??

You'll need your production number to track. Dealership should have it.

Once you get it, go to the Miniusa site, click on owner resources (bottom right hand corner). Then click on "visit the mini owner's lounge".

The next screen will ask you to login or register. You'll want to register. Once you enter your username, password, etc. and click next, the next screen will ask if you have a mini, or are waiting for yours. You'll then be asked for your production number. After you're set up, there's a link to check on the status.

The salesman did warn me that the site can be a bit misleading. That once its built, when they update the system, it'll show it at the port. That status really means its waiting to get to the port. Then once it's at the port, they update again, and it shows it's on the boat, even though it's really waiting to get on the boat.
