Coco's Almost Done!
Coco's upgrades are almost finished. This weekend we installed the mud guards and caliper covers. Here's some pics:

just a question, is the caliper cover's main purpose to have less brake dust? won't it retain heat on the brakes upon hard usage? looks good though... Cheers...

Does the caliper cover trap in brake heat? MGP Caliper Covers actually reduce caliper heat. The Caliper Cover only covers the front of the caliper allowing all heat to escape up through the top of the caliper. Although that doesn't really make sense to me. Normally the heat can escape through all angles (front and top). Does not seem logical to me that blocking one escape route and only allowing heat to escape through the top would reduce caliper heat. |
I like the covers. I think I might do that. Easy to install? Any snags you came up on?
