Just a little buyer's remorse!

Well, there have been a few warm, even HOT days this year already, and my leatherette seats are getting a little schweaty!

I'm wondering if I should've gone with either the leather, or cloth/leather combination?

Nothing awful, but I don't like sticking to the seatbacks! I'm thinking of getting some seat covers - anyone know these folks? http://www.superlambauto.com/

Leather would have been worse, at least the leatherette is perforated. The leatherette in my MCS was never that bad, need to get my tint done though before I can say if the CM is any different.

Good comment about the tint - I'm thinking of that, too!

I have the cloth/leather combo in my Clubman and I find them much more comfortable than leather or pleather. Husband likes mine so much that he ordered his Countryman with same.

I would think that seat covers and tint will help, though.

I've had leather in cars for years. In my previous GTI I went with the retro plaid cloth to mimic the '84 I always wanted but never had. It was okay, but got stinky from mountain bike equipment and kids. It wasn't as easily cleaned as leather or leatherette.

Because leather does breathe a bit, I'll never go back. it looks good, wears well, and gives the impression I'm in something a bit nicer.

In addition to tint (on all windows plus the sunroof), get a sunshade for the windshield. It helps tremendously.

I love the look of these, definitely on my wish list. Not cheap though! Think it would look weird if I just got one?
