USA Today Review

"BMW’s Mini Cooper line of small cars is fascinating, able to get buyers to part with premium prices and put up with a hard ride and cramped interior in return for vehicles widely recognized as too cool to be true."

That was a nice review. Also liked seeing the interior.

Until mine shows up...I love to read or watch anything about the MCC.

On a related note, Automobile Magazine also has some interesting MINI stuff this month. Unfortunately, not on line. Look for the issue with the Rocketman on the cover. There's a brief look at the RM with a side story on what BMW/MINI has in mind for the future. And, there's a long article chronicling a MINI Countryman S All4 trip through Chile. They liked the CM and had lots of good things to say. However, they did blow a couple of run flats and noted suspension limitations on unpaved "roads".

+1, saw this in the airport magazine shop last Friday. Agree that both items reflected favorably on the brand and models described. Nice accolades for the Rocketman, thought with it being the "cover story" I wished for a bit more detail in the write-up. As for the RF tires on the CM, the perception was that they gave them a fairly brutal op test but concluded that you wouldn't want to rely on them if you're on a long cross-country, off-road trek on another continent (plus, replacements nearly impossible to find in remote areas). In the end, they still liked the CM a lot.

Back on topic, the USA Today review is pretty positive.
