While I wait for my Oxford Green CM-S
, I'd enjoy seeing your mean green configurations
Anyone add driving lights? White sport stripes?
Post them up! Thanks!!!

Thanks Don,
Agreed, I too really like the classic Mini look.
When the new MINI's came along I wanted a BRG w/white top.
Kids came into the picture & my MINI was put on hold.
Eventually found the JCW & confirmed my desires for a MINI.
Now, building the CM-S, I was able to choose my favorite color combo.
The attached photo from the 2011 car show in Geneva confirmed my color choices. I really pushed for the JCW Aero kit but added a load of other options instead.
Adding the driving lights really ties in the classic look as well.

Yes, custom paint job by my MINI dealer, good folks, part of the deal. (no cost option).
Thanks for the images, Oxford Green looks excellent!! I wish we could get the diesels here in the US.

Here is another Oxford Green.
Picked this up a couple of weeks ago and I am having a great time with it. Finally had a chance to take a pic of it this morning. A little to cloudy though so the light does not bring out the true green.

Does this link work? Should be 6 shots

There are actually stripes on the car (front/back and side) but are so subtle with the darker green!
Cheers!

Need to get that baby out in the bright sunlight.

Don
vaud, I would love to see more images of your CM-S, as your exterior is very close to my build. The surrounding snow acually brings out more of the true green color, NICE! NO color regrets here. My Oxford is sitting at port waiting to cross the Atlantic.
Hello everyone, new to the forums and new to owning a cooper. Just bought this Countryman S a month ago (in Oxford green no less!) and been having a great time with it. I love how quick it is and have been completely impressed with how incredible it handles.
Thought I'd share my pics as well. Sorry for the hood glare as it makes it hard to see the black bonet stripes.

I have an OG on order right now. She's an All4 and pretty much loaded except for NAV and went for the white roof and stripes.
She's supposed to be sitting at the port right now and hopefully on the ship leaving for Port H on Thursday if I'm lucky.

old81, unfortunately I didn't go for the tobacco leather seats, but I wish I did.
I saw them in another CM-S when I was signing for mine & they really contrasted nice with an all carbon interior. Not to mention the upgraded seats are just plain NICE!
MY first impressions are very good, the CM-S suits me perfect on many levels & is exactly what I hoped it would be, from ride, to comfort, amenities, handling, tech & quality. I will post some images very soon.

Oxford is here!!
Thanks for all of the Oxford Green CM's posted to this thread.
It was great to see them while I waited for mine to arrive.
I really like it, it is what I hoped & expected the Countryman S to be.

Just a word of caution about the "Oxford Green." It is significantly darker than the similarly designated color on a regular Cooper. I remember the reaction of one fella who had pre-ordered his before the Countryman had hit the showroom floor, and he was seeing his car for first time. His comment was " it's almost black." That 's a bit of an exaggeration, but the color is not as pleasing as the green on a regular Cooper.
Well cincimonroe, color, like music is highly subjective, I don't believe you set out to insult us Oxford Green owners in an Oxford Green thread but I happen to love this shade of green & in person it can look as stunning as any other CM/MINI paint in the right light. IMHO
