Front Windows Don't Always Roll Down Fully

The ALL4 is great! We are loving it after two weeks. We do have an odd issue with the windows and we wonder if others have seen this. Occasionally the front windows will not roll down all the way but instead they stop about 2" from the bottom. At other times they go down fully with only 1/4" of glass exposed. We have not seen an issue with the rear windows, although they never go down fully and we assume this is normal. The dealer service department says this is a known issue with no fix yet from Mini. Anyone else noticing this?
