R60 Who's Countryman is released to carrier and waiting for transport?
Just spoke with the manager at Otto's and he looked up our car. He said that our 4UL load floor was still listed as were the 5 star double spoke standard wheels. The 4UL was not removed from the order nor was there a different code for wheels. There has been a shortage of standard 17" 5 star double spoke wheels and there were going to be substitutions of 17" tunnel spoke or 18" turbo fan. Dealers were sent emails regarding cars on order so I think we may have beat the shortage.
Now it's a wait and see. We won't know for sure if the floor and wheels are on it until we see it. He also said that it still has not been loaded on a boat.

SAILWX position tracking.
Now I have to wonder if my flat-load floor made it before they ran out at the factory or had install issues. Hummmm.

I haven't heard anything from my MA about a substitution, so hopefully it's not an issue.
I agree 100%. Tunnel spokes would be a deal breaker for me. And Turbo Fans with All-Seasons would be a no brainer.

It's now been 3 days since production complete. ASK-MINI has been providing inconsistent answers as to status. Hoping that my dealer will clear it up soon. Would think that it would have arrived at Bremerhaven by now.
Anyone else get word on theirs?

Indeed. And the Fidelio is there too, all nice and warm and awaiting our MINIs. Still no idea if my car has arrived there yet.
Therein lies the confusion... the automated system at ASK-MINI is generally not as up to date as asking a customer relations rep for the current status. According to the reps, my car has been handed off to carrier (status 182) and their ability to track my vehicle ends at that status checkpoint. Told me that I will now have to rely on my MA to tell me when my car arrives at the port, is loaded on to vessel and so forth.

As of yesterday afternoon, my MA said she hadn't heard anything more. Maybe by the time we show up tomorrow for Deck The MINIs at Otto's we will have some good news.
Did you see any of the webcams of Bremerhaven today???? SNOW
Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics
People have posted that you can use your VIN in the cargo tracking tools provided by Wallenius Wilhelmsen to track which vessel your car gets loaded on.
The tracking form is located here and you are supposed to input your VIN in the CARGO ID field. I just figured out that you can get a broader list by inputting the first 10 digits of the VIN which should be virtually all Countryman. So, try inputting WMWZC5C58B and see what happens...
EDIT: MODEL # IS USUALLY DIGITS 4-7 SO THIS MAY JUST BE FOR All4s?

I'm so jealous. Your ship left while my Countryman was sitting at the dock waving goodbye. Looks like I'm about a week behind you. Cygnus Leader should be going through the canal right when yours is arriving in California.

We will have to see if the unload on the 12th or not.
Blue I have not had any luck with tracking on the WW website. Maybe time to try again, since it is almost on the westcoast.

Well the Fidelio has left the port and I'm fairly certain my Countryman did not make it on board. Anyone confirmed to have been loaded on the Fidelio?
Perhaps my luck will improve with the Manon on the 9th.

Unfortunately my order is still 182, at least as of earlier this afternoon. Hoping that Monday brings better news.
Don't lose hope
I can't figure out anyway to tell what went on any ship until 4-5 days after sailing. I also don't think Mini updates it's info very often. I think there is a minimum of a 48hr difference between what the system has and reality. If anyone has definitive info to the contrary PLEASE let us know, and how to get the more up to date info.
You may have made it.
You may have made it.
Mine is code 193 as of 11/30, at the port. So hope to get on the Fideilo. Gets to/leaves the UK on the 8th.
Hope you make it. What's getting shipped from Southampton?
