Cooper S - what's the right price?

Maybe I'm missing something and probably once someone explains this, I'll realize my mistake and feel stupid, but I was just looking at the online payment estimator at MiniUSA.

It lists the base price of the Cooper S at $21,150.

The online build-your-own price (that I submitted to my dealer) lists the base at $20,900.

Which is correct? I realize its only 250 bucks, but I'd like to know.

If I add the $550 in destination & handling to the online builder price, that equals $21,450.

I'm confused.

financing charges of some sort? The payment thing on the back of mini's site is a terrible device. I use Scion's website to calculate things :) It is much simpler and easier to use. Dont forget sales tax, the calculators do forget that conveniently. (even though it asks for your state or zip code)

My car price matched mini site except for a difference in the cost of the stripes, dealer vs factory, about $35.
