(slowly raises hand).....born in '64 and went through a MINI-life crises in 2003 and 2005.
Growing old but refusing to grow up with a pair of MINIs:eek:

Growing old but staying young at heart....

Oh, you all make me feel so old...you talk about the 60's like you're talking about the Dark Ages of Medieval times...I am a '50's baby.... Mick

We already have a born in the 60's thread. As a matter of fact we made fun of the born in the 80's folks for being so scatterbrained that they started 2 threads. Well I guess we can blame it on pre-senility:lol:

1960, and you are only as old as you feel, and act. At my rate I will never act my age.

Not going to share the year I was born. Am going to post a reply as a Newbee to say yes and yes.

Born in the 60's? Shucks I graduated in 62. Still haven't gotten a Mini JCW yet, but will next year. I was a child of the what they call now, Muscle Car era. We just called them High Performance Cars back in the 60's. The media and insurance companies coined the phrase Muscle Cars.

Born in the 60s also here, and still doing the same things i was as a teenager, just not as often, I have always owned at least 1 sports car from the time I started driving, that will never change.
When I go Autocrossing and Instruct people and tell them I have been doing this for 25 years they look at me like I am crazy. Age and Experience beats youth and tricks some of the time anyway.

Born in 64, but, I don't look a day older than 65

'63 for me. I was a hotrodder in the 70's and early 80's. I then started liking aircooled VW's after that. I so much wanted a small car but with the quality of a larger vehicle. MINI fit the bill pefectly when they came out.

63 for me.

I'm in the group as well. 63 for me but still waiting delivery att so I can't comment about feeling younger. I can say I haven't been this anxious about waiting for something in quite a while though.
