"new" 2010 Mayfair owner
 

Hello all. I'm Joe.

A family member gave me her 2010 mini. It's in really good condition with 63k miles on it. It has a slow coolant leak but no significant issues. Oil was changed every 7-8k so I'm hoping I won't get the death rattle. Interior is nearly flawless.

I'll do some 60k maintenance things along with the coolant hoses, tstat, water pump. I'll also be doing some exterior repairs. The stripes are peeling and a few little cosmetic issues, but overall this thing has been driven lightly by my librarian sister in law.

I'll be looking to do some minor upgrades, maybe wheels and a softer suspension for "touring".

Very nice looking Mayfair! You need to find the cause of the leak, as neglecting it, can come at great cost for waiting.
Keep it looking nice!

Pretty sure it's leaking at the tstat housing. I won't be driving it until the leak is corrected. Slightly embarrassed to say this is car #5. So no fear of need to drive before getting it sorted.
