Thanks for the comments and links. I went to BMW vin and I don't think the car I am looking at has a lot of the available options. It's vin is T408977. Any help on what is missing would be appreciated.

Leather seats or maybe lucky to get Recaro seats

Maybe something other than Conical Spoke black, some people like them I like the Challenge spokes myself.

Some people dont like the nav, auto climate, heated / auto dim mirror, or heated seats. I do if you can get the car for the same price as others.

Ok, another question. Is there a place where everyone posts pictures of their car? I am looking for a picture of a 2012 couple with 3a7 stripes.

S3A7 sport stripes should be the two stripes down the center of the car, very close together with no pinstripes on the outside.

 

RB-MINI thanks for your response. That is what I was thinking. Also thanks for the link, I should of used photo instead of picture in my search.

I am now looking for a mechanic in Austin Texas to do an inspection on a Mini Cooper. My search efforts have only lead to dead links or clubs that have not been active for several years.

 

+1 the stipes on the early Coupes tended to fade on the top stripes. Once replaced they were good. I had new stripes and they are working great. Some of those clubs are now on FB if you cant find them here.

 

So the stripes are vinyl? I"assumed"that they are paint.Sorry for all the simple questions but I am not familiar with Mini's at all. I am also not very good at doing these searches not knowing the proper terms to use.

 

vinyl graphic Genuine MINI part, unless someone had them painted on which happens sometimes.

 

I have read all the threads I can find on the headlight upgrade. I could not find the one everybody calls the long one.

I went to your site again and did the live chat thing and figured it out. I am looking for reviews now.
