More R53's in the 303!
Hey guys I've read lots of the forums here for awhile now while doing repairs and some light mods. Recently decided to take it up a notch and am doing a full rebuild on the r53 w11 block! Any tips or things to keep in mind for the future would be much appreciated! If anyone has feedback on the Chilton or Haynes service manuals in comparison with the Bentley that'd be pretty nice as well!
Thanks guys! Pics coming as soon as i figure it out. Also if anyone in the Colorado area wants to find out who's got the bigger stones coming down I-70 from the Eisenhower Tunnel... That'd be worth half a tank of my gas any day. |
Welcome! It's great to see people opting to keep R53s alive & on the road  Look forward to seeing some pics & following your progress.

We have plenty of free articles, service, maintenance, accessory and performance application upgrade guides online. You may have to post some GoPro of the I-70 run  Drive Hard. Drive Safe. Keep Grinning. |

Welcome to NAM and love my R53, too! Hope you will post some pix of the mods as you go. Lived in CO for 10 years - 5 in Denver. One of my favorite places.
