wanted to buy
1 Attachment(s)
I'm not sure what this part is called but someone hit my 2004 S in the parking lot at work and ran. Now I need the rubber part that goes around the wheel well on the rear passenger side of the car. I'll try to include a pic of the part in question here. Anyone know where I can get a used one? I don't want to get a new one because a new one won't match the rest of the older rubber trim... Since this is my first post, please help!!!

Just a wheel arch cover
|
Thanks!
Will look for it online if no one can help me find one here. Thanks again!

RealOEM - Vehicle Trim Parts Diagrams As for not wanting to buy a new wheel arch, it's time to restore the rest of the lower trim to "new" with something like Black Wow  |

Replace them as sets if you like: This is the part which is in the link :: Cover For Wheel Arch - Passenger Side ( Right ) 51131505868 ( rear fender arch ) https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...el-arches.html https://cimg8.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.nor...ce19bb96b8.jpg If you clean and then dress / detail. the arches they will all match. https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...el-arches.html https://cimg5.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.nor...200d25e7d6.jpg |

Thanks so much guys! Much appreciated. I'm going to be selling the guy soon since I just bought a CPO 2012 2 door S in High Class Gray.
|
Part Out
check with this guy... they might give you a reasonable deal.

Another one...

I went from a jeep wrangler to the Mini (actually had both for most of the past year). Funny because I've been divorced with no kids for about 16 years which means I get to spend my money as I see fit. After doing the math, I've figured out that I've bought a new (or sometimes new to me) car about every 11.5 months on average. The only two cars I've ever bought two of are the jeep wrangler and the mini cooper S! It seems that people here are just as, if not more helpful than the jeep wrangler forum. Thanks again guys!!!

You are welcome. High class Gray , very nice color. |
That arch is available at any local dealer as well--probably in stock. If you need to refinish or bring the black back to a plastic trim piece, try Penetrol, available at Home Depot.
|
Is Penetrol at Lowe's too? As a veteran, I'm pretty loyal to them...
