Hey guys what's up! I am new to this forum but not to the mini. The mini I have is a 2003 Mini Cooper S manual that has 165k miles with some issues but is still road worthy. What happened was my dad has had it for about 8 or 9 years now and I am 16 years old but back then I was 8 or 9 years old. Me, my dad, and a tow truck driver my dad knew went up to New York to look at this mini he wanted and saw on eBay. It took about 3 or 4 hours to get up there and he bought it right on the spot. It was at a little used car dealer. the person who owned it before us was a doctor who put mostly highway miles on it. My dad did a lot of stuff on it. (new hood scoop, bigger wheels, tinted tail lights, rally lights on the front, tow hook, boost gauge, drilled and slotted rotors, and even more). It is a really good car and always served us well. The thing is he used it as is daily driver for about 2 or 3 years and just back in January or February he got a 2011 jeep and stopped really driving it a lot. So now I told him I will take care of it and give it some much needed TLC. Because he said he would sell It if we weren't going to use it. But it has too much sentimental value to sell it so that's why I figured I would take care of it. I have a car already (1966 Chevrolet Impala SS) but figured I miles well not let it sit and go to waste so now I am just trying to get some little things for it and make it better. I think all of the wheels are bent right now so I am looking for a new set for it, the ac doesn't work, the sunroof track needs to be greased, it needs new mirrors caps, new floor mats, a good interior and exterior detailing and some touch ups because there is a LOT of stone chips in the front from the highway, there is a dent in the passenger door that needs to be taken out, the tint for the windows and taillights are bubbling and faded so I need to maybe get new tail lights or try a heat gun, the clutch is the original one so it will need a new one soon, the drivers side door lock wont lock automatically so you have to use the key, and there are some more things it may need. Luckily my dad has been an auto mechanic for over 30 years for GM so we can do most of the stuff ourselves. Thanks for reading hopefully you guys know good places to get parts

Looks like a good project car. Good luck and hope you can revive it. Lots of options around here for parts, and a number of the vendors here often help by linking straight to related parts if they chime in.
