Mini's in upstate NY

Hey,

Im moving up to college next year and im wondering if there are any mini owners in the area surrounding Ithaca, NY.

It would be cool to still see some mini's running around, there are quite a few here in the New York, New Jersey area. My family just bought me a new R56 in peper white :) , i love it, I just have to take it easy with this one. I totally dont deserve it I crashed the R53 I had, but im very greatful they got it for me.

I'm thinking of taking it up to Ithaca, but I'm not sure yet, if there are meets in the area and such I would definatly take it.

I'm also wondering if a roofrack damages the mini? If anyone has one could they let me know. I do have a sunroof so idk if this means I cant get a roofrack anyway.

Roof Rack

Yes you better take it easy in this one. Your soooo Lucky your parents brought you another one.
The roof rack will work with the Sun roof if the rack is made for a MINI.
The Sun roof will clear the roof rack, again if it is made for a MINI.
The Rally Edition comes with a roof rack from the factory it has a Sun roof and it will clear.
Be safe, and happy motoring.

Yes I would say you are lucky to have understanding parents to replace the wrecked R53, good luck with the new one
