Hello, I'm new here, looking for a tire
 

Hi Everyone, just found this site while looking for a new tire for my wife's new Mini. We picked it up in November. It's a 2005 Cool Blue Mini Cooper S convertible, with a manual trans. We found it on Auto Trader from a private owner with only 14,700 miles on it. We need one used Dunlop SP Sport 9000 DSST size 205/45R/17. Anyone who might have one they want to get rid off for a decent price, let me know.

Some of you might think I'm looking for the wrong size tire, by looking at the picture of my beautiful wife the day she got her Mini. I bought a set of 17 inch Mini wheels on Ebay, and have so far got three of the tires rounded up. I had them powder coated anthricite with silver sparkles, My wife's own made up color, after much deliberation, and they look awesome. I will post pics when they are mounted. While they were on display in their entrance, two other guys saw the color, and had their parts done the same color. The guys at Plas Tek now have a new color to sell.

Another place to try is Craigslist.
