A dream come true yesterday. I got a Mini Cooper. Thought I'd post and read to see what I can learn from all of you.
I've been studying the manual and checking things out and of course driving the little angel.
So happy ! :)

Congrats Kathy! We just picked up our 2009 MCS last night. Sparkling Silver, White roof / Mirrors / Bonnet Stripes, Prem Pkg, Xenons. My wife and I LOVE IT!! Thanks to everyone for posting such useful information on here. I plan to add an armrest, and upgrade the stereo with some speaker replacements, and a subwoofer box from urbanmini.com. The dealer gave us the black carpet mats, but I'm thinking of adding the rubber ones too - is that crazy?

Congrats!! My first Cooper I bought was supposed to be a garage kept Friday/weekend car. Yeah right, after 3 years I had chalked up 54k and then traded it in on a S model. You'll want to drive your car even in your sleep. Have fun!!!

Congrats on your Mini. I find my self "forgetting" stuff at the store and having to run back to get it. And of course out here in Colorado the Mini is a blast to drive in the mountains. Give a whole new meaning to working for the weekend. :grin:

I'm in CO too. Yes,,I've already found that just any excuse to get in the sweet little thing, will work. I even love to just sit in it and be awed.

My 14 yr old grandson got "that" look, when we buzzed over to Dairy Queen. :lol:
