Just bought a 2006 MCS about a month ago. Red and White six speed. What a blast to drive . Trying not to get caught speeding, so far so good. I've been looking through NAM and found some good info. That's for now just wanted to say HI

Don't worry...the cops are all too busy chasing me! Just kidding. I would say they have been leaving me alone lately but I might jinx myself for the drive home.

Too bad you didn't post earlier or you could have joined us for the Mid-South MINIacs (your local club!) picnic this past Sunday out at Shelby Forrest state park. I should have some photos up in the next day or so on the club website - http://midsouthminiacs.org/.

Definitely check out the club website...our next event is MINIs and Mosquito's at the Drive In. We are planning for a weekend in Sept but haven't finalized a date quite yet - still waiting to see what movies are going to be playing. The info will be posted once we make a decision.

Well, give a wave if you see a purple MINI with red stripes...I'm pretty hard to miss. Hope to see you at one of our club events!

I'm also a pretty new MINI owner in the Memphis area. Good luck on the not speeding. Somehow I get going and before I know it... wooooosh!

Anyway.. feel free to wave at your fellow motorists... I'm hard to miss in the lightning blue iwth white bonnet stripes and Union Jacks everywher I could put them!
