Hi everyone,

I'm new here and I'm a MINIholic. Actually, I've been eyeing the MINI since its release here in 2002. I finally did it 2 weeks ago. I took a test drive and pushed the button. Brand new 2008 MCS is due to be built in the next couple weeks for a mid-late June delivery. The anticipation is killing me!

Welcome , now the long wait begins.

The good news is that:

1) NAM has some great "support groups" for those impatiently awaiting arrival in each and every stage of the process, so you'll know you're not alone, and

2) It's kinda like being adopted into a HUGE, friendly, and intelligent family.

The bad news is that the wait WILL kill you. :eek2: Just kidding. :grin: Enjoy the anticipation, and welcome to the family.

You need to harrass your MA and get your production number and hit the 'How to Track Your MINI' thread. I placed the order for mine on 4/18 and was told the same time frame as you were, but I'm already on the ship - The Carribean Highway - and apparently somewhere near the Azores. I'm projecting getting a new mini in late May. So you may be driving a lazer blue a lot sooner!

Well I've actually got my production number already but I thought you could only track american based cars from the factory (I'm Canadian). Maybe I'll take another look at the thread.
