Sorry Bottoz...this waiting sucks! Have you guys seen that other similar production dates, Plasmodesmata for example, living on the east Coast already have their rides?

All of the sudden I want to live on the coast? Weird.

Yeah. It's a long wait. But, I can handle it. My last car was a 6 month wait before it was in my possesion. Then it was another 6 months before I got plates for it. So 2 months is a walk in the park.

My other two, a Honda Odyssey and Ford Ranger, were sitting begging to be bought. Not too much wait for those two pearls.

My dealer is North Scottsdale MINI in Phoenix. That is about 500 miles from Port Hueneme. Just rechecked the schedule and the MB shows arrival on 1/8.

The TASCO just pulled in to Port Hueneme. The MB departed the Pacific anchorage at the canal 46 hours behind the TASCO.

How can you tell? I googled Port of Hueneme webcams and couldn't find any. Can you post a link?

No worries... since we're in port there's no point in tracking the ship.

yay my car's on this ship too. getting so much closer..
I actually live in LA though, so how long do you think it will take to get out the Distribution center? I live only about 30 miles east of it. I've only got the stripes and alarm to be installed at the dealer.

My dealer dude said to expect mine in Colorado on or around the 18th (which just happens to be my Birthday). So, since I'm so far away from the port, I'll bet everyone has theirs before the 18th.

Don't be so sure. I am going to Chicago this Saturday. I'm coming back 1/19. Hope I can pick it up on the way home. My dealer is in Phoenix.

My WW status is now discharged (port) 1/9 and delivered from (port) 1/10. I take this to mean I am in the VPC. I just spotted the Madame Butterfly off the coast of San Francisco.

My MA said mine should arrive in Albq. on the 18th. They need some time to PIA it and I'll be picking it up on MLK, Jr. day. WooHoo!'

I'm hearing that it will be in Albq. from the port on the 16th of January. How do your timetables look?

hey JD, saw your question a few days ago but didn't have the chance to reply. I am in the San Fernando Valley area, about 45 miles east of Port Hueneme. So yeah, the first estimate they gave isn't happening. Said they'll give me a call within the next few days.

edit: hmMm for some reason the Frown 'smiley' isn't coming out.

edit again: I guess none of the smileys are coming out.
