Hey all! I heard from my dealer that my Mini is happily waiting at my dealership in San Antonio Can't wait to get it!! I should be flying in to SA on friday and picking it up around 5:00!! I can't wait!!!

My baby was ordered Sept 15th and arrived at the dealer on Oct 24th. That puts my wait at 39 days, or about 5 and a half weeks, give or take a day!! Awesome!! I'll post pics of the delivery on friday

I should be exactly a month behind you. I ordered from MINI of San Anontio on October 15th.

Things are going well so far. My MINI was completed yesterday (10-23).

How long did shipping take in your case?

Thanks for all the congrats everyone!! I'll be sure and post pictures :D The reason i'm flying in to San Antonio is because I attend Texas Tech in Lubbock, so i'm selling my old car (Ford Focus) today and living on rides for the rest of the day.

I'm not really sure which port my Mini came through, but I guess the one in South Carolina. The reason I don't know is because I could never track it via the website using my VIN for some odd reason. I would just go by what date my MA (Mark Riley) would say my expected day of arrival would be and track the ship that way.

Anyway, it should be going back home (2 hours away) but not after driving around SA like a loony for a while to try and break in the engine as much as I can.

Oh, and to answer kbaldor's question, shipping took about 3~4 weeks. Not too bad for it to go from England to Texas if you ask me
