Hello to all the MINIacs!!
I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm a Nortwest Ohio teacher who has been saving for a Mini Cooper. This past summer I finally ordered one. I have a Chili Red 2007 MCS, 17" webspoke wheels with performance runflats, black roof/mirrors, bonnet stripes, Premium, Cold, Sport pkgs. auto dimming mirror, homelink, rear fogs, and armrest. I have added boot stripes from A.C.

I have included pictures. His name is Kelvin (British Scientist who developed the absolute temperature scale) because the car is HOT!!!

It puts a smile on my face every time I drive it.

I would like to see a Mini club started in NW Ohio or NE Indiana.
I would join!!!!!

Welcome to NAM - that is a very apt name for a Mini (and a chili red to boot). For some reason though, the first thing that comes to my mind when i hear the word Kelvin is absolute zero.

Welcome to NAM and your new MINI, Kelvin sounds like the perfect name for a you and the MINI.

Noticed in your great pictures, Kelvin appears to be towing a Howitzer! Is that to fend of the SUVs in Northwest Ohio?

Nice set of pictures, your stripes with pins give a good accent.

I tried to make it look like Kelvin was towing the Howitzer. I'm glad someone noticed. I was playing around with pictures for the calendar contest, but my camera doesn't have enough pixels. I thought it could make for a good picture. The idea about fending off SUV's is great!
